Is SIMCONTROL a commercial product? It has been uploaded to our servers as a freeware util. Is that a demo in the library?

The way I read it, Sim Control was available in the Avsim libary under FS2004 Utilities, for limited functions. If you want the full version it cost $39.95 for a download. Looks as if most of the useful functions would be greyed out. imho !
