JESUS Tweak and REX

Featured Replies

Hello FSX'ersI had tweaked FSX from this link.http://forum.aerosof...ut-fps-anymore/I have noticed an amazing difference in flying and all but i know for a fact that REX 2.0 HD is not working. The water looks really cheesy and not good. Can someone please help me with what i should change or do.Thanks in advance,Sylvester

Turn your water effects up in the sim. Simply copy and pasting entire .cfgs isn't a great idea-- but if you must, do so knowing you have no idea what changes you've made unless you research it.Instead, use this after setting FSX the way you want it: http://www.venetubo.com/fsx.htmlThat tool is built by the same person who's .cfg you copied. For instance, this part makes no sense unless you know how to use it:[bufferPools]UsePools=0 IF THIS IS SET TO "0", THE REST BELOW IS IGNORED. USE 1 IF YOU GET STRANGE GRAPHICAL GLITCHES ("artifacts")RejectThreshold=102400PoolSize=2097152

Ok ok,i'm learning more, thanks.I have the original CFG file so i will place it back and go down the list of new things.I guess it's just a trial and error deal.I also put the water effect slide to max and it didn't do anything. Thanks for the fast response. :)
