I installed "Tileproxy" with all the default settings. I then finished setting everything up finally went into my folder and hit on "start Tileproxy." then ran "FSX" asthe dos window was open in the background. Fixed it, it was a driver issue with windows 7 64bit. Restarted my computer and hit F8 then selected "do not enforce driver signing."

Try using ReadyDriverPlus, it will automate the disabling for you on boot up... works well...! and it's freewww.x64bit.net/site/board/index.php?showtopic=5769
