Antonov AN24 Stutters?

I am having a problem of the Antonov AN24 stuttering when I am taxing, flying, etc. Granted all addons are different but, I do not get the stuttering with other aircraft. I have tried everything from lowering the game settings, lower VC gauges, etc. The stutter is wierd. For example it seems to be every 4-5 seconds the movement halts then starts again. The stutter is constant and consistant, it is not random.I would appreciate any help that you all may offer. It is a great aircraft, and it would be nice to use it.:)Thank you.
