February 23, 201214 yr Commercial Member Trevor,There's no way we'd have left a simple reactivation ticket sitting for that long - we answer all the tickets in the system several times a day. I looked and can't even find one with that number, so I'm not sure what happened.Your J41 should be reset now however.
