February 24, 201214 yr Two problems:First, I logged into my PMDG support acount and changed my email address in preferences. Then I puchased the 747x. After downloading the installation file I attempted to install it. On entering the requested info, email, order ID and password, I get a "your user information could not be validated. So I go to support and see that I need to validate the new email address. I have tried several times to validate the new email thru the link in your email but have been unsuccesful. Now I am unable to open a support ticket on the installation problem with the 747x. How can I proceed?Dave David A Gubert
