RC4 Multiplayer Server

This is just a thought I always had, I fly on Vatsim alot and use rc4 when no atc is online, I follow rc4 instructions while maintaining my own separation from other players and always announce my intentions on the unicom, would it not be cool if we had a dedicated rc4 multiplayer server, where we could all connect using real world weather and rc4 for atc, but of course keeping in mind that rc4 would not be able to see other online traffic so we would have to look out for one another and communicate via unicom, I wish I knew more about how this could be set up using a client like fsinn so that fs9 and fsx folks could participate, if that's even possible. Anyone like to comment.
