Hi everybody,I am having problem with x45 hotas. When I try to assign "Rotary 1" to control mixture or propeller the game does not see this knob at all. "Rotary 2" works fine but not "Rotary 1". The joystick itself is fine, I use both knobs in other games. Any suggestions how to fix this problem?

Marklar- I can't answer your question but maybe you can help me with mine? In FSX I set rotary 1 as elevator trim (up/down) and it worked perfectly. In Flight, the only option I found was for nose down and nose up and it seems it won't see the rotary as an axis like in FSX. Is this your experience also?

You can use buttons only for trimming. Hopefully MS will add axis controls for this as they did for mixture/propeller. Basically you can assign axis only when particular command has "(Axis)" in its name.
