have you guys seen this??http://www.sportys.com/chartviewer/Ok, I am evidently not getting it thru my thick head - whats the catch? Every plate plus viewer for $10US??some of you out there must know more about this than I do.

Hi Mike,I take it to mean that you can order one DVD for $10 that has all the charts. You want a new DVD every 28 days since it's updated that often? Then you'll pay $120 for the years worth, about $10 each DVD. In other words, I believe you get all the charts on each $10 DVD.Regards,Jim

I'm guessing here but...They've eliminated the production cost of the 'Airway Express Manuals'.Additionally, in Flight Sim (Hopefully that saved this thread...) as in real-life, it may be less convenient to have direct access to all of the plates for the area you are flying in.For instance, there may be a number of terminal procedures and IAP charts for the destination and or a filed alternate. For me, with the paper express packs, at least I know that I've got it all right there if I need it. I would imagine that the cost is low to meet with lower demmand.ALMOST forgot... The packs also went up in price considerably on this last cycle.
