About 5 months ago I had to install an upgrade OS to W7, 64 bitIn the process I had to wipe the whole machine and lost my 747 files. I have sent numerous emails to the support line with no response and finally one response some time ago said something about going to these forumsSo here I am, hat in hand wondering how to replace my lost birds. Don't know if you have this problem fixed yet but you'll have to go on the PMDG website and purchase extended download service for a very small amount - http://www.precisionmanuals.com/ProductCart/pc/viewCategories.asp?idCategory=10Best regards,Jim Young
