March 10, 201214 yr HiAs a newbie to this forum I hope I am following protocols hereMy issue is simple. I purchased the new 747-8 package almost a year ago. About 5 months ago I had to install an upgrade OS to W7, 64 bitIn the process I had to wipe the whole machine and lost my 747 files. I have sent numerous emails to the support line with no response and finally one response some time ago said something about going to these forumsSo here I am, hat in hand wondering how to replace my lost birds. They cost way to much to buy another setAny advice on how to go about reacquiting a package lost due to an OS upgrade, I still have the original order receipt but of course the dl key is no longer validThanks so much for your assistanceGeoff
