Tutorial #2 Weather Using REX v2

Ryan has provided directions on setting up winds/weather for Tutorial #2 using AS. I only have REX v2, and so far have just used it in a limited way to provide the eye candy HD clouds. I'm hoping someone would be kind enough to post directions on how to set up the winds and weather for this tutorial using REX.Thanks!Rushad E.
