Changing default view in VC

Featured Replies

I usually change the default view(move the view to the right, for it to be more natrual and correct) when I start a flight. But when I cycle other panels or outside views and comes back into VC, the view is reset.I can't really describe with words how annoying that is...Is it possible, and if so where and what in the panel.cfg do I change the default view in VC?

Here's how you do it:1) Open the aircraft.cfg(Your Drive:\Program Files\X:\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 737-800NGX WL\Aircraft.cfg)2) Search for eyepoint=In the case of the 737-800NGX WL the line will read:eyepoint = 46.462, -1.64, 4.75(= 46.462, -1.64, 4.75 Equals),Longitudinal, Lateral, Vertical (feet)Try tweeking the 3 sets of numbers,and save the file, Make a backup first!
