Multiplayer Fatal Error

Featured Replies

My son and I are trying to fly multiplayer online via the same router either on Lan or through game spy. The game loads up and we see each other but then right away says Fatal Error. Anyone have any ideas? Thansk

Most likely an error with simconnect.dll. However, you should check your system event viewer and see exactly what caused the error. Just click on the Start button, type Event Viewer in the search bar then look up and click on Event Viewer in the Menu. Once there, look at Custom Views>Administrative Events. Look for the faulting module that caused the error. If it was simconnect.dll, run a Google search for simconnect.dll crash in FSX and you should see possible fixes.Best regards,Jim

I figured it out. The router that we use for wifi in my house connects 3 computers. Somehow (Not a router professional) but all 3 computers were essentially using the same IP. So I went into the router settings and gave eac individual device it's own IP. This solved the problem. The wierd thing is , is it worked for awhile. But I'm not about to dive into figuring that out lol Thanks for the help and the Ideas though
