April 8, 200422 yr I'm using Ken Mitchell's 757 panel in a Posky 757. For some reason, I can't change frequencies on the radio. I thought I knew how to fix this by making sure the radio settings were like this:[Radios]// Radio Type=availiable, standby frequency, has glide slopeAudio.1=1Com.1=1, 1Com.2=1, 1Nav.1=1, 1, 1Nav.2=1, 1, 0Adf.1=1Transponder.1=1Marker.1=1Is there something I'm missing or is there a fix for Mitchell's panel that I'm unaware of? Thanks, Stan
April 8, 200422 yr Does the radio you are using have standby frequencies? If not, revert back to a version of the Microsoft default radio settings, i.e.// Radio Type=availiable, standby frequency, has glide slopeAudio.1=1Com.1=1, 0Com.2=1, 0Nav.1=1, 0, 1Nav.2=1, 0, 0Adf.1=1Transponder.1=1Marker.1=1I may be teaching grandmother here, but I can't see any other reason why Ken's radio shouldn't work. Don't have it myself, mind; with all respect to Ken because he does some lovely work, there's nothing finer than Lonny Payne's panel for my 757s!Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/newlogo.jpg _________________________ Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumont VP Fleet, DC-3 Airways Team Member, MAAM-SIM
April 8, 200422 yr Thanks, Mark.Your radio settings above, which I copied and pasted worked perfectly. I'll try Lonny's panel, as you suggest. I thought I used it at one time...and for some reason, I had a problem with it. I'll try again. Thanks, Stan
April 8, 200422 yr Stan,I don't have Ken Mitchell's 757 panel so I can't try it but I do know that on PMDG 737NG if you load it via a default FS2004 aircraft with the Avionics switch off, you cannot change the radio frequency settings. Maybe this is the same sort of thing.David.
