error 713 MSSTDFMT.dll

Hello!

 

I have bought RC4 for FSX and when loading the FS200x flight plan.. it says me:

 

Run-time error 713.

Class not registered

You need the folloging file to be installed on your machine

MSSTDFMT.DLL

 

I have downloaded.. installed in the program folder.. in the system32 of windows.. and in SysWOW64 because my system is windows 7 Ultimate 64bits!!

 

But nothing!! What can I do?
