Real ATIS, no support active any more?

Hi to all, I'd like to purchase Real ATIS to increase the fsx default ATIS range. I have some questions to ask support, but support seems to be discontinued or no more active. I send an email, but it came back immediatly.

 

I use ASE and the NGX for my IFR flights, so I'd like to know if:

 

1) does it work with w7 64bit?

2) does it work with NGX?

 

Are there any alternative software like Real ATIS?

for your info, i bought it last time and my os at that time is XP SP2, now i didn't see any problem with my current system, win 7 64bit. works well with NGX too.
