Hi, I'm flying the amazing PMDG 737 NGX,and wonder- which Add-Ons for FSX do you recommend to get as real as possible for airline enviroment flying ?

I'd like to add to the question how does FSCaptain go with FS2Crew and NGX? I read that the program includes various airline options, and has airline policies for lights, seatbelts, etc..

My question is: are those customizable so they would fit FS2Crew procedures or are they fixed (so my copilot would mess things up?).
