hi everyone, after reading the many posts on this merge,i got it to work except for one thing, when engageing the autopilot, the aircraft begins rocking violently back and forth and does not stop.i am wondering if anyone has any insight to this.i am using pedro oliveira v8 air,cfg files.thanks for any help.

hi albaro,i have read these posts but unless i missed something(which is very possible) i dont recall anything about rocking when autopilot is on,but i will go over them again.thanks for th help.

Rocking could just be turbulenceBut if you are using Pedro Oliveira's FDE, you might want to look at this:http://ifdg.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=1599#To use the fix mentioned there will require a modification of the .air file

ah ha,i missed that post, will give it a try,its not turbulance as i have cleared all weather.thanks for pointing me to this post, sure appreciate it.

I had rocking with it as well under version 8 but fixed it through various entries in the air file. If you want to send your email address to mine shown below I will email you my current air file, aircraft.cfg and instruction document for merging the two (CFM version only so far). I think my tweaks have made the merge far more stable than using the current version 8 airfile from iFDG although I accept I am not 100% there yet.
