VR Insight Multi Switch Panel

I have been involved in Flight Sim for many years and all of the Hardware connected to my system has been Saitek The Saitek Switch Panel was not functioning properly and for the length of time I had it I thought it was due toi be replaced so what did I do I went and bought the VR Insight Multi Switch Panel, We all make mistakes and I feel it was a big mistake paying out good money for a panel that fails to function properly.

I read the review and agree the Manual out of a score of 10 I would give it one TRhere is nothing in the manual that has heloped me get this hardware working. I sent off an Email to VR Insight trying to get the answers and all they mentioned was treat it like a joy stick. iI have had this panel now two weeks and truthfully I feel like throwing it in the bin. I can program it as instructed like a joystick and it appears fine the buttons program work, BUT close down FSX followed by a REBOOT and all that you programed has been totally wiped nothing works.

I was thinking of enhancing my flight sim with all panels made by VR Insight, but if what I see from the Switch Panel is an example then I will forget VR Insight totally and stay with Saitek.

Yes I am angry and have every cause to be because ay Emails sent to VR nsight and no answered
