Ground clouds

Hi,

I have been recently flying GA low and slow and I noticed that there are clouds that hug the ground. I don't mean fog, I mean like clouds that should be at 15000' are hugging the ground at 3 or 4 thousand. There are also clouds up where they should be. How can I get rid of them? I have ASE build 655 and use REX textures. I dont think the textures matter as I am controlling the weather with ASE, not REX's engine.
