I have a TrackIR v3 that I was handed down to me. It only has 2DOF. That works well, but I can't help from wanting the 6DOF that the newer models have built in.

 

I bought the Vector Expansion that only includes the license, I figure I can make my own clip. I ordered the license and chose delivery by Email. That was nearly 12 hours ago. Has anyone had any experience with only ordering the license?

 

I figured I would have received an email with all the license information by now. I don't think I need to call customer service yet, but would like to know other's experience with it.

I believe I got my question answered. I called the support line and the first thing I heard was office hours. It appears that the delay is just because it's the weekend. It has been a while since I've encountered an online order that has to wait for weekday to process. (^-^;;

 

I'll probably get the information around Tuesday my time.
