Today a strange thing happened to my NGX. I searched the manual but I found no reference.

In two words: altitude FL340, I press the CRZ, my intent is to to change the quota from 340 to 360.

 

So I set 360 the LSK1, but now I'm able to see only a gray screen with 5 squares.

 

I write 36000 and automatically appears the LED on EXEC button.

I press EXEC and now automatically page DES appears without the cruise altitude changed.

 

Try again but nothing.

 

on RTE page, all points of the route reports wrong quota as speed.. and as if I had started from altitude 0.

 

Finally, even, the point T / D has disappeared from the route.

 

Have you an idea about this?
