I contacted with Tegwyn who told me that "VoxATC may be having problems with the callsign for clearance or ground at Madrid..." Following their suggestions, in my case it worked:

 

 

- For clearance, i say: "Madrid clearance <call sign> ready for clearance <destination>"

 

 

- For ground: "Ground <call sign>..."

 

this morning I did a flight of LEMD to LEPA (PMDG B737 800 AirEuropa), smooth, successful
