Problem with FSX after New Hard Drive

Hello all, i had just recently bought me a 2tb Hard drive for my computer and reinstalled windows and FSX, Now I have a problem with FSX that I did not have before

The problem is all the flickering that is going on the wings and the windows of the aircraft. I seems to be just white flickering and it happens to objects in the distance. I am thinking that it might be that I don't have a driver installed, and I just went out today to get a 560ti to make sure it wasn't my old graphic card and that was not the problem. I am thinking it is CPU related but I have no Idea what drivers a CPU needs and I tried the intel automatic detection but it didn't work.

Also Direct x 10 preview is NOT checked.
