Hey I was just wondering if anybody has made or know anywhere to get Southwest's new livery for the NGX Thanks Brendon Morgan

Usually it will come right away with a separate e-mail, but I am guessing that the server is on overload. So my only guess is to be patient and hopefully we will be flying the 777 soon!!!

I have been having some annoying issues with FSX and flickering or something that is going on that makes like the terminal glass flicker or lines on the taxiway flicker I have a youtube video here: Make sure to look at the terminals as this is what I am pointing out in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Igmsma83fXU All of this starting to happen when I got my a new hard drive for my computer. It never did this before that. I had a 9800 GTX+ before and after the new hard drive update and now I have a GTX 560TI so I do not know if there is any issues with my graphic card but it was doing the same thing on both of the graphics cards. Ok sorry it took so long to reply (Busy student LOL)...Well reading that Sticky and doing some of the changes did help but there is still a lot of flickering at the airport terminals especially on approach into a airport. Not just the airport but trees and the lines on the wing of the NGX when I am on the outside view panning left and right it flickers and the even the white spots around the windows of the aircraft! Do I need to do any tweaking or is there a tool that can help me out? Thanks again for the help!

Hello, I had installed a new hard drive into my computer about a month ago and intalled FSX. I was having problems and still do have problems with flickering that is going on in FSX. It is really noticable at airport because the lines flicker like theres no tomorrow and also objects in the distance are flickering and I turned Anti-Aliasing on and that helped a little. Also I do not have Directx 10 enabled as I heard it causes flickering. So do any of you know of this sort of issue and is there a fix for it. I do not understand what has happened because before I had this new hard drive there was no problem like this. I had also run a program called driver finder and I now have every driver update that my computer needs. So any help ii appreciated.Thanks for the help!!!

Hello all, i had just recently bought me a 2tb Hard drive for my computer and reinstalled windows and FSX, Now I have a problem with FSX that I did not have before you can see the problem in this video that I made here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZLHHeANaxs The problem is all the flickering that is going on the wings and the windows of the aircraft. I seems to be just white flickering and it happens to objects in the distance. I am thinking that it might be that I don't have a driver installed, and I just went out today to get a 560ti to make sure it wasn't my old graphic card and that was not the problem. I am thinking it is CPU related but I have no Idea what drivers a CPU needs and I tried the intel automatic detection but it didn't work. Also Direct x 10 preview is NOT checked. THANKS

Hey all I just got me a new hard drive :) finally got up to 2TB and I am about to install FSX but I remember awhile back I had read something that Ryan said not to save FSX main folder into like C:Programs Files or C:Program Files (x86) but to save it elsewhere. Well the question is where should I be saving FSX main folder?? THANKS!!!!

I knew the hydraulics were there :P LOL......I just meant I could only see the hydraulics... Thanks for the response. Just curious though, if you didn't get the flight control page option in real life how would you be able to check the controls (besides the airlines and spoilers of course, windows for that)??

Hey all, I have a question. Below is attached a picture of what I THINK is a problem that I am having with the 737NGX. I can not get the flight control page to come up with the hydraulics. I have SP1c and acceleration So SP2. I thought that the flight control page was suppose to be there when you hit the SYS button.

Hey all, so I have been doing a couple of flights today in my Southwest 737 and LUVing it. BUT I have not been LUVing FSX.......I just bought me a new GOLD version of FSX because my previous one was all scratched up. When I was doing my flights I had never notices how HORRIBLE FSX runs and how slow it is to load things. I mean I have descent frame rates, but the loading of the cockpit and then outside view.....SOOO SLOW....when I go to the out side view it shows me the seats of the plane and then slowly I can start to see southwest colors and when I go back into the cockpit I have a gray screen then it all loads the cockput after awhile. Plus 1 second there is no clouds and then little by little there will eventually be a sky full of clouds. I am just getting annoyed with all of this and would like some help for some hardware upgrade. Here what I have nowMotherboard- p8p67-M proCPU- INTEL i7 2600k (3.4GHZ)Memory- G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GBHarddrive- not sure....all I know is I have had it for at least 5 years so old.Graphic Card- EVGA 9800 GTX+ 512mb DDR3So here are the plans so far....Get GTX 560TIGet Hard Drive of 1tb (not sure what kind or anything)Get SSDGet 8 or up to 16GB memoryHelp learning how to overclock CPU!!!!So here is my real question.....does these seem like a good setup (with the updated components) and what kind of hard drive, SSD, Memory could I get????

I had bought voxatc on FEB 11th and have not received any registration code......is this normal to have to wait this long.I have e-mailed them at [email protected] 2 times and wrote a message on their website with my e-mail to write back and NO RESPONSE.....Is this NORMAL..this is starting to get upsetting like they are ignoring me, I just gave them $75 for what????

I could see that as a way to ward off birds...but the pilots only turned it on when we were crossing the runway and back off when we were on the taxi way!!!!! I was just wondering if this was a normal procedure or something that all aircrafts had that I had not realized!!!

I was just recently on a Southwest flight to BNA and when we left DTW we had to cross a runway (this was 6:00a.m. so dark) I had noticed that there was a light like the taxi or landing light flashing....one turns on the other turns off...I am guessing this is to indicate they are crossing a runway so other pilots can see them crossing the runway....but have any of you noticed that or is that a light feature in the plane.....it is modeled in the NGX???????I was just curious to see what people said about this.

Yesterday I had done a uninstall and reinstall of FSX and all of my aircraft. Everything seems to be working fine except for the 737NGX, all of the gauges are black and I can not click or use any of the switches or knobs in the cockpit. Also when I try to pull up any of the panels they are gray and some are black. I did do the most recent update for the 737 alsoI had searched through the forum...but nothing seemed to help me!!!Also I know that I can submit a ticket to PMDG I would just rather see if anyone else had the same problem and fixed it instead of bothering PMDG first.Thanks for any help!!!!!!

Hey all, so I have had a ASUS P8P67-M Pro motherboard and Intel core i7 2600k for about 6 months now, I finally went and got me a cooler master HAF case as well as a corsair H80 for the CPU, now my question is how do I overclock the CPU, I have been searching Google but nothing seems to be helping and I dont want to ruin anything in my computer, any would be appreciatedThanks Everyone!!!!!

I have found and resolved the problem thanks to some help, if any of you are having this issue what i did was: There was 2 .CFG files one said "aircraft" the other "aircraft_old" I deleted the original one ("aircraft") and renamed the "aircraft_old" to "aircraft" and that worked for me

I have searched and not found anything regarding this issue, but whenever I try to install more than 1 livery at a time it will not work. The file is in the fsx folder but it does not show on the livery manager under installed nor in FSX. It will install 1 but then if I do 1 more the one that I already had installed goes away and the one that I tried to install does not install. I have windows 7I run as adminI hit yes to whatever the error was for the aircraft.cfgI made sure it was the right planeFSX directory path is correctI looked in the manual and did it step by step per the manual Thanks for any help!!

If you do the i5 overclocking guide, will that be ok to use for the i7 to? After I get a new case and a H70 for my CPU I am looking forward to getting it overclocked to see how FSX runs.

So whenever I let my computer just sit without me using it for awhile it will go to "sleep" and my power button will blink green until I hit the keyboard, mouse or the power button, and then the computer wil turn on again, sorta. Well my problem is that when the computer "wakes up" (powered back on). My keyboard, moused does not work. and my moniters will stay in the "sleeping" mode as if the computer is turned off, but the computer is turned on.I am running windows 7 ulimate 64-bit system. Any possible solutions??Thanks

I have a core i7 2600K and a p67 motherboard but the graphics card I got now is just slowing me down on fsx. (At least i think it is? I have the 9800 GTX+ 512MB) so would it be worth the extra money to get the 570 or just stick with the 560 Ti.Thanks for any replies in advance

I have a question for all you, I just recently got AFX (airport facilitator x) and just updated KRSW (FSX only has the one side of the airport done) . I have all of the Gates and everything for the new terminal but I do not have the Terminal. I was wondering if there is any software for FSX that will allow you to create terminals. You can just put the installer in your USB flashdrive along with a file on notepad or something with your license key on it. I have had to do this several times because I have gotten so many new computers, you do not have to buy anything new.I would just make sure that when you get rid of your old computer you uninstall all PMDG products and FSX and any other add-onHope this helps
