If this question has been addressed, my apologies. I'm new to FSX and to this site. I have found that the more information I provide specific to my problem though, the more accurate information I get. My computer is an ACER AX1420G OS is Windows 7. Processor is AMD Anthlon quad core Graphics Card is NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE. I bought FSX Delux with Acceleration about 90 days ago. I've experienced little quirks here and there, but over the past few weeks FSX freezes when I try to choose new options with every aircraft about 15 minutes into takeoff. Soon after it freezes, I get a 'fatal error' message. I got some advise to uninstall FSX and reinstall it to a folder of its own (not the program files folder). I tried this and it still freezes. What is the likely culprit? What can I do about it short of strapping dynamite to my cpu?
