April 30, 201214 yr Obviously something got messed up here, but I can't figure out what: Strange water spray making the carrier surface invisible on the last few meters and thus landing's impossible. Ship's "engine wake" insead of smoke I guess some effects have been renamed/replaced, but I'm not sure about this and don't want to make the mess even worse by trying everything to sole this. Am I getting it right or might it be something different? Thank you for your help Flo Florian
April 30, 201214 yr I don't know of a solution but it could be your water settings and animations. The water looks horrible. To get your water effects back you'll have to reinsert the FSX disk and select repair and you'll have to do the same if you own Acceleration or you just have SP2 installed. I did a lot of searches for you on Google and couldn't find anyone else who might have had this issue. An FSX repair appears to be the only way to go. Best regards, Jim
