May 9, 201214 yr This may not be the place for this post, but I don't have anywhere else to turn. I have been trying unsucessfully to create a customer account for HiFi support. I bought a new computer and need to download ASE which I originally purchased as an upgrade to Active Sky. The first time I tried to create an account I got a message stating that when the account was activated I could submit a ticket. When I heard nothing for a couple of days I inquired as to when my account would be activated. I got a response telling me to create an account which I had done 2 days earlier. I tried again to create an account but still haven't been able to get it recognized. The responses appear to be automated so I'm not getting very far. I can't talk to support because I can't submit a ticket. Henry
May 10, 201214 yr Author I just solved the problem. It appears to have been a browser problem. I switched to Firefox and was able to set up the account. Henry
