May 15, 201214 yr I recently installed the latest interface which functioned well.However before I could use the 737NGX I found I had to use my activation code. Every time I used both types of NGX I had to reactivate. Removal of the interface did not solve the problem so it looks like I will have to reinstall as PMDG are denying me the use of their product because of toomany activations!!! Is this a fault of the interface? Anyone have any ideas?

Activation issues are rarely if ever solved via the forum, so I would suggest contacting support via the ticket system directly from the PMDG website, as this is the formal way of having a contact with a member of the PMDG team that can help you. When you do this, you shouyld get a confirmation e-mail to your registered address, some spam filters reject this mail so watch out for it in your spam box as well. good luck with soilving the issue, I can confirm from my own experience that the ticket system works well when ity your turn to be answered Kind Regards John Calleja
