Goflight Interface MCpro for NGX

I recently installed the latest interface which functioned well.However before I could use the 737NGX I found I had to use my activation code.

Every time I used both types of NGX I had to reactivate. Removal of the interface did not solve the problem so it looks like I will have to reinstall as PMDG are denying me the use of their product because of toomany activations!!!

Is this a fault of the interface? Anyone have any ideas?

Just for information, I can see that this is your first post. Activation issues are rarely if ever solved via the forum, so I would suggest contacting support via the ticket system directly from the PMDG website, as this is the formal way of having a contact with a member of the PMDG team that can help you. When you do this, you shouyld get a confirmation e-mail to your registered address, some spam filters reject this mail so watch out for it in your spam box as well.

good luck with soilving the issue, I can confirm from my own experience that the ticket system works well when ity your turn to be answered

Thanks for your suggestion. The problem (having to activate) only appeared after installing the GoFlt interface.
