All my winglet 737NGX crashes

After i got my GTX670 and 3 screen setup all my 737NGX in the -800 winglet version doesn't work. They just show some of the cabin in the virtual cockpit and then it crashes (plane).

The other planes works fine - and i got the latest sp.
