How do I set up aismooth settings and what are the best fsx traffic settings with world of ai?

Hi, I just got aismooth and was wondering how do you set up the aismooth settings? I see alot of people saying what are the best settings for aismooth but how do you go into the settings and set up the seperation of the ai planes and things like that? And also, what is the best traffic settings with world of ai. I have just about every big airline with world of ai, but what is the best traffic setting I can set my FSX traffic sliders too?
