May 18, 200422 yr Hi BoogieNothing more frustrating than not getting a response to a posting. Thanks for the link. An exciting looking aircraft from my boyhood days. I have downloaded the aircraft and will give it a whirl in the next day or two.I have been using Mike Stone's site to gather a number of different aircraft for my GA-Traffic stables, as I have rather neglected the GA traffic up until now.CheersMike
May 18, 200422 yr Thanks for the response. Good to know that others appreciate a post (and a great aircraft). This plane set me thinking about the variety of things you can do in Flight Simulator. One moment you're doing mach 1.5 in an Arrow, next moment barely 100 knots in a Cessna. Only the day before the Arrow was released I downloaded the 2004 update to Emma Field. I guess its this sort of diversity that keeps us coming back. Now I'm off to land the Arrow at Emma...;-) Boogie.
May 18, 200422 yr Its really a nifty thing about this hobby that you can actually take a plane as historically interesting as the arrow out for a spin :) Being Canadian, the chance to have an Avro Arrow in my hangar is sort of thrilling considering only 5 were ever made and iirc those five were destroyed...
