Have noticed lately video is becoming jerky (AI objects and vehicle traffic). They move smoothly about a second, stop and then start moving smoothly, and repeat process). I am sure there is another description for what I am trying to describe. What fsx.cfg or video setting affects this?

Here's another possible solution - http://forum.avsim.net/topic/363991-terrible-stuttering-unless-moving-map-is-enabled/. I did a search here on AVSIM for video stuttering (which I think also means 'jerky') and came up with a lot of possible solutions depending on your system and what is installed. You might try that if my links above do not fix your problem.
