May 18, 200422 yr I love setting different weather senarios in FS9 but would really like to find a way to implament a normal high/low average day temperature range! I live in Arizona , and as I "hunt and peck" this post the outside temperature at 4:25 AM is 60 degrees/F. The high today is 93!Thats a considerable spread! Does anyone know of a program that would inject this everyday temperature flucuation into FS9? The way it is now I set a temperature and it stays at that temperature no matter what time of day!(AS REAL AS IT GETS?) It would be cool to leave an airport at say 6:00 AM with a temp of 65 degrees/F and return a couple hours later and find it 78 degrees/F! Just a thought! Anyone know of a program that would make this possible?:-) Thanks RickB "SOMEDAY I WILL FLY IN A REAL B_17"!!!:-)
May 18, 200422 yr Have you tried using the "Real Weather" selection in FS200X? It updates the weather every 15min. That is not to say, your temperature will changes every 15min, because the data used is government generated data supplied to Jeppesen and downloaded to the flight simulator. There are also "Real Weather" addons to FS200X, that provide additional parameters to the flight simulator.W. May 18, 200422 yr W.Sieffert, Thanks for your responce! I have used "Real Weather" in the past but I,m not sure I care for it: weather changes are to drastic and I hate to tie up my telephone! I have used downloaded weather addons also but I was thinking more on the lines of a program to generate temp changes to correlate to time of day in general! Something kind of similar to time zones!(I hope I,m making my point)? Anyway thanks again for taking the time to get back with me! FLY SAFE! RBruce "SOMEDAY I WILL FLY IN A REAL B-17"!!!
