Adjusting chronometer in FS9

Featured Replies

I'm unable to adjust the chronometer on the default panels in FS9 without going to World/Time&Season/etc. I can on some older panels installed with new aircraft. I've checked the aircraft.cfg and can't find any switches to edit, as I can with NAV and COM radios on the Lear45 panel in order to be able to change freq in the cockpit. Did MS lock the chronometers?

MS made this design change. They indicated the chronometer change on the clock caused update problems when the time was changed. Repeated clicking would cause the system to enter multiple updates. Therefore, they decided that the only way was through the menus. Since the simulation is paused when the menu is selected, it only has to accomplish one time change update prior to reentering the simulation.W. Sieffert
