Has anyone used Project Tupolev PT-154B2 for fsx before?

I notice 1.0 was release,and i download this file got about 107MB,and has some wrong on install.Only install few folder in fsx,"effects ' gauges ' project tupolev",not anything like simobject file... have any idea about this?
