Degraded Menus

Strangely I've got some issues with my menus. Hoping someone here may have seen this issue before and may be able to diagnose the problem. I just rebuilt the FSX.cfg file but this was going on before this. Graphics drivers have been updated to the most recent earlier tonight without any relief. Perhaps it's an ATi (AMD) Catalyst control setting I'm overlooking? Sometimes it looks just fine and sometimes it looks worse than this... I should add that only FSX and it's menus are affected. Other games I play don't seem to have this problem.

FSX with Acceleration

Intel i7 Q740 1.73 Ghz

6Gb Ram

Win 7 Professional 64 Bit

ATi Mobility Radeon HD 5870 Laptop Graphics card.

Thanks for your help..

In your CCC settings, try moving your mipmap quality level to high quality, and see if there is any improvement.

This is exactly what fixed the problem. In the 20 minute flight I performed after your fix reply the problem had not manifested itself.

Thank you again.
