I recently ordered the download and I have been very disappointed with the product and no help from support.

 

Issues:

 

The mouse cursor quits working for periods of time so you can't control the plane. I have been unable to diagnose what causes it to happen. It magically begins working after a period of time.

 

The windows have a green and grey hue which distorts the colors of the scenery.

 

Baggage door does operate as advertised.

 

Has anyone experienced this or have possible solutions?
