June 12, 200421 yr I've been playing around with FSSC and made an airfield ( real but now defunct) but when I install the airfield in FS9 unfortunately FSSC doesn't apparently support showing it in the airfields list tho it does so in FS2002. Is there any way of overcoming this while still using FSSC to create the scenery?Dave
June 12, 200421 yr I assume you can see the modified airfield if you slew or use the LAT/LON positioning in MAP MODE? If so, you are correct about it not showing in the Menu list. You can use AFCAD221.zip to produce the needed AFD entries. If FSSC adds separate AFD files to any of your folders, it is best to remove them. You can also use SceneGenX - http://www.airportforwindows.com/ or write the XML files manually to produce the needed entries - http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimulator/ , downloads, FS2004SDK, FS2004_BGLCOMP_SDK.exe.W. June 12, 200421 yr Yes the airfield is there - no problem with that- just that it doesn't show in the list, tho the GPS shows the ILS but no airfield .I'll try AFCAD first as I don't really want to do the whole thing again in AFW..Thanks DaveEdit--- pleased to say AFCAD 221 worked.thanks
