Hi guysi want to make gauge working with FS9 so whuch program like simconnect do I have to use for complete command,like if I am turning right on PFD will be on right side?

FS9 does not use SimConnect. You would need to use FSUIPC. Pete Dowson has an SDK available at his download site.
