Vans B717- Problem getting download link?

I just ordered this a/c, the cc purchase was approved, but I have yet to get an e-mail with a download link. Maybe I'm impatient at 30 minutes. The page that has the purchase details is all in Spanish, and there didn't appear to be any download link at that stage of the procedure so I assumed that an e-mail would arrive with it. I clipped the activation code to a doc so at least I have that. Anyone else having trouble with this? I see another comment in another thread but appears to be related to being unable to read the manuals rather than a problem accessing the product.Thanks for any responses.Bruce.
