Are you running ATI card? If so, go into your display settings --> advanced options of the card.Go to the 3D tab --> checkbox in Use Custom settings - then click the "Custom..." button right under it. On the screen that pops up, go to the Smartshader tab and make sure the pull down menu is set to "No effect".Then OK ur way out of it all and restart the sim - it should correct it then :)

Actually looks rather in keeping for the historic planes! :)
