C-172 With Garmin 1000 Clock and Panel Clickspot Problems

Hi,

I decided to get more familiar with the Garmin 1000 in the Cessna 172 as well as the plane, and noticed that the digital clock at the lower right of the PFD doesn't keep accurate time. The minutes don't advance until the seconds reach 30, and at about 40 minutes after the hour, the hour advances by one whole hour without crossing any time zone boundary.

Also, I can't seem to get the taxi light to work and the battery and alternator red switches don't have clickspots in the 2D panel. I can only get them to work with in 3D panel. Has anyone else noticed these problems and are there any solutions? Thanks. Tom
