Is this an instance of a "payware warning"? Vansair B717.

I hate to badmouth payware, as usually it's my fault (firewall won't allow download, etc.). However, after ordering the VansAir B717 on Thursday 6/17, and with still no download link supplied (today is 6/19), and no response to repeated posts on their "forum" and an e-mail to their support, I'm wondering if I'll ever get the product I paid for. There appears to be multiple users having this issue on their forum, don't know if they are also here or not. I wouldn't mind waiting if I at least got some acknowledgment. Anyone got this to run satisfactorily yet?Thanks,Bruce.
