August 26, 201213 yr When I'm trying to land, FSX kept crashing because the landing gear went through the runway. I made a video of it here. Seems to happen only with the CRJ9, but I've tried multiple (and the latest) versions/patches. One of my friends has the same problem. Any ideas how to fix?
August 31, 201213 yr Hi, Yes I had the same problem with the CRJ700. I have found that if the autopilot is engaged at touch down it happens everytime, it doesn't matter if you are on back course, ILS or just have it engaged. I have found that disengaging it prior to TD & being almost at stall on landing just above the runway seems to allow perfect landings. Hope this helps. Desmond
