SPEED CALL, WARNINGS, TEST AND FLAPS SOUND NOT OPERATE

Featured Replies

hello I'm a new member.

I'm sorry my english is not good! :P I'm used google translator...

3 days ago I installed your wanderfoul 737, socond purchase before the optimus 747!!!

Before installation I realized that the, during take off run the F/O not call the Vspeeds and flaps movement sounds. On landing same things, they are called the distance from ground and flaps call.

I restarted the simulator and I checked on 737 FMC if their voices are activated. Were all activated.

I reloaded another flight, but same thng. Only now realized that I do not work the STALL WARNINGS, OVERSPEED the AUTOPILOT DISENGAGE BELL the APPROCING CALL, AUTOTHROTTLE DISENGAGE BELL and generic sound alert.

My italian flight forum friends I have spoken of a problem since the audio software settings, the 737 is not compatible whit the 5.1 sound sistem, and the change the settings from 5.1 on stereo. It's possible???

I hope you can help me!! :Praying:

Thank for support!

I had a similar problem due to having 2 sounds cards that diverted sounds to both my monitor and headphones. Call bell, parking brake and other flight deck sounds were also not audible through my headphones.

To resolve this problem you must change your 737ngx sound source in the menu/pmdg options of the cdu under sounds, or sounds options section of the CDU.

By selecting your sound card or by messing around with the sound settings your may be able to divert all your 737ngx sounds to your current sound card. if this doesn't work then consider disabling one of your unused sound cards.

Hello Photons, thanks for the explanation, but does not work :(

In the fmc sound option, I did non check any sound card! My soundcard is integrated on the motherboard!

I tried them all... I do not know what to do... I miss only the driver update

Always worth keeping your drivers up-to-date, so try that and see what happens.

What does it say in the sound options within NGX. I appreciate you said you have an integrated soundcard, but I am just interested to know.

Not had this issue myself, so maybe someone else who has may be able to offer more ideas, but in the meantime run a driver update.

Tanks for asking.

4 hour ago I update the drivers for the soundcard, but the problem persist.

FMC sound setting these are:

MASTER VOLUME 100

SOUND LEVEL ALL 100

PLAY IN EXT VIEW NO

DEVICE NOTHING why do not you give me no choice

I remember similar problem when I installed the PMDG 747, was in conflict with the 737 WILCO, I solved the proble by formatting the pc and installing the 747 first and then the rest of the planes.
