What dedication to serving aviation

Since I've flown frequently on commercial flights, I've always had sympathy for the flight attendants that trudge up and down the aisles of the aircraft. They have to navigate passengers who refuse to wear their seatbelts, passengers with bad attitudes and manners, and passengers that are just plain bad. It is heartwarming to see this story about someone who has endured all the challenges his profession offers:
