Stephen Wilcox (SpiritFlyer) Voted Member of BoD

We are extremely pleased to announce that Stephen Wilcox, SpiritFlyer, and the Manager of the AVSIM Forums, has been unanimously elected by our Board of Directors to become a member of the BoD. Stephen has been a member of AVSIM since 2006, and has contributed enormously to the success of the forums and its positive environment. Stephen brings a common sense, objective view to the flight simulation hobby and we feel he will be a great contributor to planning and implementing the future direction of AVSIM. This year's Board meeting, to be held in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, in October, has the theme of "The Future AVSIM". Stephen will be joining us and contributing to the path which we will set for our community and the features and services that we will provide in the future. Please join us in welcoming Stephen to this important role and his continuing contribution to our community and its future.
