If I connect an aircraft direct to active runway is the nose wheel steering allways locked,but when I taxi to the runway is it allways unlocked,how can I lock the nose wheel to the same way I have in direct connection the runway ?

My nose wheel steering is not locked if I load a plane right to the Active Runway choice in the Go To Airport menu. It is no different than if I taxied there. It *does* line me up on the runway, but my steering is not locked.

I dont do any rudder input her only throttle

if the wind is 0 and you increase both throttles the same, then this is indeed what you will see. Can you instead turn the plane and taxi off the runway?
