Strange Shadow Problems

I have some strange flickering shadows while Active Sky 2012 is running. It is like some sort of fog layer disappears for a short time and then comes back. It is visible at the clouds and at the aircraft shadows. Any ideas how to solve this?

(Disregard the compression errors at the beginning. It is clearly visible in the middle of the video)

It looks to me like cloud is hiding sun, so there is less shadow.
